For professional or amateur clubs, the training conditions offered in the Louron Valley are unparalleled in the Pyrenees. With a mix of nature activities and specialized training, everything is in place to help your athletes excel.

Quality Facilities

Valgora is designed for local associations and enables the organization of altitude training camps, sporting or cultural events, and exhibitions. It features a main hall of 800 m² primarily dedicated to indoor sports activities, but it can also host performances and cultural events. There’s also a 200 m² social area that can serve as a conference or exhibition space, along with modern locker rooms. Adjacent to the Valgora complex, the sports field meets Category A standards for rugby and Level 5 for football.
Located next to the Balnéa wellness center, this facility provides an excellent environment for sports clubs.

Opening of Institut Sportif

Valgora is now the home of the Louron Sports Institute!
With a qualified coach on hand, everyone can get personalized support to safely make progress on the cutting-edge fitness, weight training, and weightlifting equipment available (check out our "Team Spirit" brochure for the full list of gear).
We also offer tailored training programs to meet each athlete's specific goals.
This makes the Louron Valley an even more attractive spot for sports clubs to come and train!

A Wellness Center: Balnéa

Balnéa is the premier thermal water relaxation complex in the French Pyrenees.
Located by the Lac de Génos-Loudenvielle, the balneotherapy center uses naturally warm water, ranging from 30 to 33 degrees.
It’s the perfect spot to recharge your batteries, surrounded by mountains for total rejuvenation.
Just a stone’s throw from Valgora, the facility features two saunas, a steam room, and a cryo-tonic pavilion.

The Olympic Pool

New in 2023: The Olympic Pool at Balnéa, a covered swimming pool filled with naturally warm, mineral-rich water.
Measuring 25 meters long and 15 meters wide, it features 6 swimming lanes and a depth that varies from 1.30 meters to 2 meters.
